Applications must be submitted at least three weeks before the requested event date. Facility Usage and Guidelines & Agreement are included with the application. Conference Room - Capacity 13This room can be used to conduct large departmental meetings and gatherings. It features a wall-mounted display with Zoom Room capabilities. The space is also equipped with a wall-mounted glass whiteboard.

This room can be used for large gatherings and user presentations. Zoom Room capabilities is incorporated into the space, equipped with a camera, ceiling microphones, and a confidence monitor in the rear of the room as a reference point of the presenter. It features one large display in the front of the room to display presentation content and Zoom meeting participants/presenters. A podium is aviailable as well as audio/visual equipment.
